Feeding Therapy

A small room with a round table with four black chairs, a cluster of colorful bean bags in green, purple, orange, and yellow in the corner, a white table with three small chairs, and a framed picture on the wall. The room has a ceiling skylight and wooden flooring.

Our therapists utilize relationship-based intervention to expand an individual’s food repertoire and social desire to engage with food.

Our staff works to improve oral motor, sensory, and behavioral patterns within a framework where food is presented as a positive social experience.

Multidisciplinary Approach

Our speech and language pathologists and social workers work collaboratively in order to provide the most comprehensive intervention. Our staff also includes professionals trained in the SOS Approach to Feeding.

Current research strongly supports the value of making connections between therapy and home. Parents are encouraged to participate in order to accelerate progress and maximize positive outcomes.
